1994 L Reg 300E

Hi Folks
I have just found this site and consequently this is my first visit. I was hoping to gain some advice on the purchase of a 1994 300E Automatic Diesel Estate. The car is in immaculate condition with 118,000 on the clock, i believe it to be genuine. It has a full service history, full years MOT and the asking price is £5,500.00. my questions are: a. Is this about the right price? b. As its not turbo does this model lack power? c. Are there any particular faults i should be looking out for?. Grateful for any advice. Thanks Bill

Hi Bill,
Sounds good, I would be tempted to offer about £4.5k to just under £5k.
They dont have any major problems that I am aware of, but the non TD models do tend to be slightly lethargic, but excellent when up and running.
