Hey, new to the forums

I drive a 95 E320 coupe and both of my automatic headrests stopped working quite a few months back and i would like to finally get them working again

When i used the headrest switch on the door i can hear the motors working but the headrests don't move

If anyone knows how to remove the back of the seat and could do a write up for me it would be appreciated, and even more so if anyone can tell me how to go about replacing any parts i might need to for the headrests

Thanks in advance

Your next purchase should be the workshop manuals. Either on CD from eBay, or paper from the dealer. There is a section iun the manual, IIRC about access to the mechanism. I don't have the time ot C+P the pages here, but if you buy the manual it will repay its purchase cost many times over..
