1995 S 600 (w140) Air Con

Last Year I Bought A Former Embassy Car -rhd -80k -full History. It Drives Like A Dream - Gets Admiring Glances And Does @140 Miles On £15.00 Unleaded !

A Few Days Ago The Front Air Con Just Stopped Blowing. The Rear Is Ok And Refrigerates To A Really Cool Level.

The Control Panel Does Not Have A Long Display Window -just Push Buttons And Small Windows To Show Temp L&r.

Any Advice Would Be Welcome.

take off the pollen filter cover under the bonnet and pollen filter and u'll c the fan, iff u wiggle the motor or turn the blades with it switched on it may come to life, or put a test lamp to both wires and if both are live then its the resistor pack, if only one is live the the brushes have worn out, bolted to the motor is the fan resitor pack.
