Hello,
My 1996 C220, when connected to the dianostic machine show the ECM ECU is not receiving any data from the catalytic converter, the EGR and Air Flow. The check engine light is not on and I have tried driving it for 2 weeks and had it tested again with no luck. My mechanic thinks it is the ECM ECU that is bad. Have anyone had any experience with this kind of problem? Should I bring the car into the dealership to have them troubleshoot it? Will an ECM from a 1995 C220 work on my 1996.
