1996 Sl 500 Odometer

So, my 96 sl 500 has a digital odometer.

I removed the instrument panel to replace the bulbs. After replacing bulbs and reinstalling the panel, the odometer now reads all zeros and does not move as you drive. The trip meter does function as it is supposed to.

Help is appreciated to fix this
