Update: Theres a non return valve fitted on fuel line (not effecfive - obviously) and a hand pump primer ( both fitted by previous owner) which i couldnt start car without it - one man pumping primer while anither man turns starter motor. Once it starts it keeps going all day long and drives the best. Also, if i park it nose down at night it will often start easier but if left it for a couple of nights its back to being a 2 man job to start.
So far Ive had my mechanic replace all the o-rings including the small rectangle box that bolts onto the block near the injector pump just below the head and the o-ring behind the fuel shut off valve attached to the pump.
The fuel lines appear good but when cold start there is a leak of fuel until it warms up (see video) then it stops... im losing heart in the old bus... ppl saying to remove the primer, but its an automatic and i couldnt start it without it....
Im thinking the pump is drawing air somewhere.. any advice welcomed...
See the video of leak here:

The fuel leak is where the air is getting in causing fuel to run back down the lines and causing the hard starting- cure the leak and then itshould behave.

Where's the leak coming from - can you see it, as I think your video was shot from underneath?
Someones fitted a one way valve to my current C250td but all the pipes are relatively new (as they look opaque white, not yellowy brown!)
Mine starts and shuts off in half a revolution. None of my older ones (2 x 605 and 2 x 606) were that good.

Is the top of the injection pump wet? This is usually the delivery valve seals leaking, also causes air in the fuel lines, The DV seals are underneath the 33 splined unions.

*** Just watched it again, but in the smaller size and it's clear one of the pipes is dripping. They also look old and dark, so as said, change it and it'll be sorted..

No wet on top. Yeah the video is upside down because i was using my phone to record.. Definitely coming from the under part of that black box with fuel pipes attached, if u look closely its dripping from both sides.. Its drivin me mad and im losing heart. Only that its my weekend car it doesnt affect me too much.. the mechanic that changed all the o-rings is too far away for me to be running back and forward. I will update again when i spend yet more money on it
