If yours is a manual then you probably do not have enough legs:rolleyes:
If it is an auto then use your left foot to apply the 'handbrake' when you need to. To stop it making an awful noise when releasing again use your left foot to stop it flying back up whilst pulling the release lever.

Ok, not enough legs, but which one does he use then for the clutch.

Right leg for Accelerator and Brake, Left Leg for Clutch and Handbrake. Problem as you know is when you want to use the handbrake and clutch together  So unless you have 3 legs driving a manual is not easy.

Posted on a similar thread last year." Pull up on the hill, declutch as usual, right foot on footbrake as normal, select neutral, left foot off clutch, apply parking brake with left foot. When you want to move then left foot on clutch, select gear, find the "Bite" and pull the handle to release the parking brake and off you go..."
