1998 E300 TD Glow plugs - How do I get there?

Hi all.
One of my glow plugs has packed in today.  Do I have to remove the inlet manifold to gain access or is there a better way?
Is the manifold gasketed or does it use O rings?  I cant see any gasket material.

Hi,

You can try and replace in situ. But I would remove the inlet manifold &  replace all of them. If one is on its way then you usually find the rest will soon follow. There is a reusable gasket \ O rings on the manifold.

Thanks Andy.  I had done the job before your reply and took off too much intercooler hosing, and had to find all the right bolts.   Thought I'd take a chance on the other plugs as next time I will be MUCH quicker.  Easy job really.
