Not a bad spec at all,,you have checked for rust on the rear arches and boot lock. Re the timing chain,do come back in another 100k miles and ask again

Thank you for your suggestion. I did spot some rust at the bottom of the driver side door but the rust has been treated in a temporary manner.The CD for navigation was 2001 one and the navigation works fine but the speech isn't working. The seller said its been working it stopped working for the past few days and also said sometimes the system doesn't recognise the CD's(even though all are original spec ones) apart from that there aren't much issues the seller could think of it and I could spot one.

Kindly could you provide an indicative figure for getting the speech and cd sorted out.Also the car lacks parktronic system, what would be the rough estimate to get this in place.
