2 problems ... 2 different cars

'94 E220 Cab
#1 - RH high beam on '91 230TE does not work. changed bulb, still no joy. changed fuse also. any ideas?

#2 - rear doors cannot be opened from inside on '93 E280. also, electric windows on these doors do not work from door-mounted switches but will work from front console switches. child lock position does not make any difference! i'm thinking perhaps the child lock switch itself is broken .... any ideas?
