200 Fintail

Hi there. I've been offered the chance to purchase a Mercedes 200 Fintail and could do with someone's idea of the valuation as the present owner also isn't too sure as it was left to him in a will.

It's a 1966 model with only one owner; full stamped service history with 90k on the clock. It is MOT'd and in good to excellent condition.

Any valuation ideas would be much appreciated.

Glass's and Parkers are available online. What about Autotrader...you tried there? I would think they might provide a starter for ten!

You need to look at Mercedes Enthusiast.....good magazine for classics. One owner and history is really good. I like the fintails and am looking forward to eventually changing the 320cdi. I will eventually look out for a 300SE or a 300SEL3.5. I wont buy new because of the poor service.
