2000 CL500 TV Hack

Hi

I have searched the forums looking for instructions on how to override the TV block, but can't find anything for my version of comand - can anyone help? I am not sure what version my comand is, but it's the standard pre 2003 s and cl class system with smaller screen and separate number pad

any help gratefully appreciated, even if it is pointing me towards an ice dealer i can visit who can do the job

the link will take you to a home page..go to the shopping page and select your vehicle type...or just email them from the contact link. they can disable your COMAND block for you irrespective of vehcile type. they can do all comand versions....be around £100 or so....

mind you it is illegal so dont go around telling anyone you have had it done...

they will give you a 10% discount of you ask and mention you got the link from this site too.....

it is disabled or deactivated thru the diagnostic port. needs specialist equipment. I do recall traveling to london to watch them do it on my SLK but of course i had them out it right immediatley afterwards...it was just for fun....
