2000 clk 430 radio comes on but no sound?

:cry: No error codes, the radio turns on, the preset stations work, the cd changer works, but no volume or sound. I can adjust the volume with the knob or on the steering wheel and see the bars adjust with no issues. Just no sound out of the speakers. Any ideas????

Does a red light appear on the radio unit? If so, you have it on mute. Try pressing a few buttons to correct.

No Sound

No, I have no error or malfunctions and the radio has no red light showing. The radio functions normal on all controls including steering wheel. Just no sound coming out?
