2000 SLK 230K Heater Blower

Your Mercedes
SLK 230 2000
In short:
It blows towards driver
It blows against side windows
It will not blow up onto windscreen

Has anyone experienced or know what this issue is ?

Could it be the fascia selector switch or dash internal baffle - kaput, blower motor is fine
