Hi All,

If the answer to my question is "well, duh!", please understand I'm working with very limited knowledge here ...

Would my car have suspension link arms and suspension bushes front and rear?

Reason I ask is the car seems to have developed a very un-Merc-like rattle over small road surface irregularities, and we've a Honda CR-V that used to make a very similar noise 'til the aforementioned components were changed for the last MOT.

Regards,

The answer to your question is yes however, the rattle is likely to be caused by failing front anti-roll-bar links. Not to expensive, or time consuming for a garage to fit.

If you tell the forum where you are located, I'm sure others will reccomend an indie near you (if you don't already know of one).
