2001 A140 auto 16,000 miles only

Hi there,
had the car approx 4 months no probs-until today ! Yellow light came on in dash,car running perfectly.Is this a common error message? How do you clear it without going to Mercedes? Checked icon in handbook and relates to fuel injection and or exhaust.

Hi,
It could be the lambda sensor.
If it is you wont be able to go over4500RPM as the engine will be running in safe mode.
Only solution is a trip to the garage
