The 'Motoring' magazine had this to say about your car ...
"What makes this car special is that the 1998 CC 16 valver is blown, thanks to the belt-driven supercharger that the manufacturer has borrowed from the SLK Kompressor. So what you get is 163 thoroughbreds at just 4300 revs and a fairly impressive 23.5 kgm of turning force at barely 2500 rpm. Maybe at low speeds – let's say, while tackling speedbreakers – you have to keep the revs up just to keep the car moving. But then, give it what it wants, and you are rewarded with linear performance on tap."
The fitment of a supercharger makes a big difference to performance with very little penalty wrt fuel consumption. However, if hard driven, fuel consumption suffers markedly.
I'm surprised you could not find info' relating to this model. The Internet alone provides hundreds of references.
