2001 W168 Auto ABS / BAS light on......

Hello,

I'm looking for some advice as it's my first MB, I usually play with BMW's and Land Rovers.
ABS/BAS orange light is on - I've deleted all the fault codes, drove for a week and rescanned, and the only fault code stored is for the right front ABS sensor. I've replaced the sensor, tried to calibrate the steering angle sensor, and the light won't go out.

I've tested:
Original ABS sensor ( tested ok )
New ABS sensor ( tested ok too )
Steering angle sensor
Brake switch
Gear selector

I'm now running out of ideas - has anyone got a wiring diagram for the ABS system so I can test for continuity of cables from the ECU multiplug down to the sensor, or any other ideas as to what could be causing the problem?

do these have a reluctor ring on the hub like other MB

Hi Bembo, yes they do.....

Be sure reluctor ring is clean, undamaged cub be ur primary cause and why Yr tested sensors come up as ok
