I've had my C220 for a few months now and not really had the need to set the Climate Control to LOW or 15c before, but now its getting hot i've tried to set it at those temperatures and even though the air is cool'ish its not what i would have said was cold in any way. Having had cars with Air Con before i now its nothing like it..

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be please?

I have notice a light 'EC Rest' i think it is which is permantly lit and i cannot turn it off - is this related to the problem?

Sounds very much like you are out of gas, find an AC specialist in your area and let them diagnose it.

There are dozens like this, if I was to nail them all together it would be tidy but hard to read :)
