Probably posted this in the wrong section but here goes.
My wife bought the 2002 CLK 230 brand new. Now just 43000 miles with full MB & MB Specialist history.
Car valeter last week found the FNS floor soaking wet.
Does the car need to go to a Merc specialist to get the scuttle drains clean or is it a DIY job?

Moved to correct section for you…

Open the bonnet and clean out all the detritus you can see - pay particular attention the the areas at the bottom of the windscreen - this is basic care that should be done on a weekly basis when washing the car / checking the oil and tyre pressures

If it is one of the last 208’s, there is an outlet below the scuttle. Just follow the plastic down and you will feel it. The flap gets blocked and just needs a good clear out and make sure it is free to open.

In severe cases you need to open the top of the plastic heater intake plenum under the bonnet in the scuttle area. It’s a bit of work and some of the plastic clips are hard to open. You’ll often find a large build up of well rotted leaf litter that takes some excavating.
