2002 New Shape CLK dash fault

Hi Guys,

I have a fault on my dashboard numerous odd occurences include:
*green indicator light doesn't flash or stays on although actual lamp outside is working.
*Handbrake light stays on (goes out after mins)
*Fuel light stays on (goes out after mins)
*Cruise control segments come on (goes out after mins)
*All dash lights come on (goes out after mins)

any one comae across this and any idea what it may be .....i'm worried this is going to cost a fortune!!
