2003 240 clk w209 convertible roof not closing

Good afternoon
Need a bit of help please
The roof goes down on my w209 clk 240 no problem but when I try an put the roof up it won't work unless I start to do it manually by releasing the hydraulic reservoir pressure few other bits then it will work n close properly
Anyone help me out thanks in advance
