My mulitfunction display which gives speed in Km hr is not bright enough on a summers day in France.

Can it be adjusted?

Can't do much I am afraid, try wearing some sun glasses. The sun out here in hong kong is very bright too. However, do rest assure that if there was a warning to the driver, this is usually accompanied by a warning noise and the display would also brighten up (if my memory serves me right).
