2003 C180K Wash/Wipe stalk change

Hello all

My windscreen wash / single wipe function is almost non-existant. I have bought a new stalk assembly and would like some assistance in steering wheel & air bag removal.

Does anyone have worksheets for these jobs & is there anything else I need to be aware of before tackling it?
