2003 W211 estate: car too low on one wheel

Hi, I must say I rarely drive. I noticed that the rear right wheel is partly concealed by the arch, the car being at least 5cm/2 inches lower there. There is no warning so far.

I don't know if I have Airmatic, but there are no buttons for setting the level on the central console.

I have so many questions but mostly,
-Is it potentially dangerous or will the car try to rise and otherwise warn me when I drive?
-Is there an obvious problem to fix or could it be many different reasons?
-Is it likely to be costly and can my local Quick Fit fix that or should I go to a Mercedes specialised shop (which will be a pain to go to)?

You have a leak in the rear air suspension - could be a bag leaking or one of the pipes or connections
