Looking at mine, whilst I don't think its necessarily a dealer job, it is certainly a strip down job as there are non of the normal access panels. I'd probably attempt mine myself but it does depend on your DIY ability.
Malcolm, I assume he means the 211 Avantgarde with the LED tail lights.

Led I'm asking about are in the back of the door mirrows of a 270 Avantgarde

To give a complete picture, I have spoken to a dealer who says there are two types of door mirrors on my model. The easy one and my type.
It can be a DIY but it's fiddly. The part costs £20. Half hour fitting £45. A fair price. However, it's only bulb how often will it need replacing. So I would like to try myself, but there is no obvious or visible means of access to the mirror. When folded in there is a black plastic cover which does not want to come out.

On the latest the glass unit prises out and all of the torx screws can be seen to remove the casing

Thee LED units can fail if struck hard

I'm afraid that not my type. On mine you have to get inside the Mirror housing - somehow - to get to the LEDs.
