This has probably been done to death but I'm new-ish here !!

Can anyone tell me if there is any benefit to intermediate oil changes between official mileage intervals ?? bit of a thing of mine as Im used to changing my bikes oils regularly for peace of mind I suppose !!

also is there any site recommendations for Diesel models + auto box & diffs ??

I really dont think so, if you use good quality oil to start with then there is no reason to change between schedule changes

I had mine changed as in a year I only did 6ooomiles and its not due a service on the count down until 7000miles

The way I look at it it cannot do any harm to have new oil and filters especially for my short millage.

Only £100 or so to have it changed

i'd say - so long as full spec oil is put in at the change (Mobil 1 etc) then no.
