Hi All,
On a recent trip I had a clunk and an issue with the rear nearside wheel locking up, I have removed the hub and there is no evidence of the Parking brake is causing the issue.
I changed the Shoes last years and all springs and shoe retainers are in position. The piston on the caliper moved back into home position and moves when brake pedal is depressed. ( I fitted wooden spacers to check movement to far.
1. What else could cause the wheel to Lock up?
2. Can the transmission lock "one" driveshaft?
3. Can the abs cause this issue?
