2007 E 211 Brake noise

My 2007 E211(E280,avantgarde) Bought as certified preowned,has done only 16000 miles and is like new. Applying brakes while reversing at very low speed it produces squeeks and loud groaning noises before coming to standstill. I inquired from the official mercedes dealer and according to them it is usual even in brand new cars!.Is that right?. My car is still under warranty.Should I insist on repairs.
