Cars been having some rough accelerations, Code reader reads “open circuit/short circuit to ground or to positive” for the left and right Air Mass Sensors. Unplugged them and plugged them back in and the car ran a little better. I cannot for the life of me just find the sensor anywhere online, just the left and right air box including the sensor. Do they sell the sensor separately anywhere or do I really have to buy both sides of the air box? Thanks in advance

I “think” you have to buy the whole unit I’m afraid buddy . I’m sure someone else will confirm that soon

You'd have to be extremely unlucky to get both MAFs go down with identical faults.
As pointed out this is an electrical error, so could be the sensor, but wiring would be more likely.
Whenever you get electrical faults on multiple sensors you should always look to see what's common between them.
Open circuit/short to power/ground means the signal is missing at the ECU. Firstly any chance these plugs would have been removed recently as part of some work on the car and not pushed on properly?
Any signs of harness damage? If the power was missing at the sensor that would cause the same error. So if the faults come back, do some checks first before ordering parts.

I would be inclined to give the MAFS a clean by spraying with with carb cleaner (let them dry totally). Also give the connectors a shot with electric contact cleaner.
Was the car recently serviced, slightly overfull on oil.

Recently had the camshaft actuators replaced, I unplugged them and plugged them back in, car ran a little better but still not at 100%. I’ll check the ECU
