2008 - W204 Command APS

Hi guys and hope someone can help me with my query.
Where can I get the maps update dvd/s from for my 2008 C Class (w204)
Also, it didn't come with a manual for it (command APS), can this be bought elswhere?

Map dvd: ebay, comand online or your dealer. As the maps get copied to the harddisk once you update you can just sell the disc on.
