200TE doesnt like starting

Hi everyone, My 1990 200TE never starts 1st time (hot or cold), although its now run up just over 200K, it runs perfectly and doesnt smoke, Just this one annoying fault, can anyone give any advice on this please. Thank-you

ps: have changed spark plugs, but still the same.

It could be a number of things. The Fuel pump relay or the HV leads.

Presume you do not put your foot on the accelerator whilst starting
