Lovely thing , I think its the W204 ?
Its an estate anyway and beautiful.
Already started trawling the audio side ... Who would fit bluetooth phone but not music

I have a W204, albeit a later model Year but you should have Audio 20 as standard and BT available for music as well as telephone, you should have an Audio 20 handbook in your document wallet?

ps Mercedes independemt - Mercserve - best place this side of the river Trent. A good merc indy is priceless.

Thank you i will have a look , It does have the aux in the glove-box but tbh shes going to work straight away ( I'm a maintenance guy) so really haven't had the time to look apart from when i bought the car.

I’ve been using Merc serve since I had mine but seen them in action for several years prior when I used the Volvo Indy next door. I always liked the variety of Mercs that Merc serve had, they spoke to customers well and never saw any car abused there in my time.

Took the w221 to MB Centre on Tennis st. On the face of it, happy with the diagnosis and prices, their punters seem very happy but it’s a bit posh feeling for my liking. Your isolated from mechanics and workshop.

Yes they mirror the dealer in many ways and are a little brother wrt to operating model. Most of the techs are inchcape.

Well i can honestly say its not been the best experience so far .... New car decided to dump its coolant all over the a52 on wednesday ...
Not the cars fault i suspect the mechanic didnt put the pipe back on properly when fitting the new water pump.

Water pump was done by the dealer when i bought the car as it was weeping , I just dont think he put the ( Sorry do not know the name of it ) Crossover pipe ? as i can see its hard to get the clip back on properly ...
i have refilled myself following the guidance from the search on here !
It will need to be dropped again however as it needs coolant rather than the water i chucked in.

Kick up a fuss at the dealer and dont accept just an apology. Try to get a free service out of them. Its not what I expect from such a brand and cost. bla bla

I lost my coolant 6 times because the radiator hose kept coming off, I have ended up fitting hose clamps around those silly clips
