Hi, I bought the above for my partner a few weeks ago and drove it at night for the first time yesterday.

The car is fitted ILS and on main beam the lights are superb, however on dip the cut off is far too severe and you can hardly see.

Is there any user adjustment or is it just how they are?

Thanks
Rob

The beam may need adjusting, best done with access to a beam tester as used for MoT. It may also be something requiring setting via Xentry (STAR).

Hello and welcome, a rod may have broken in the lamp that is used for the auto leveling,, do try the following. look over the lamp and there are 2 holes over each lamp in the slam panel, using a large Philips head screwdriver turn the screw at the bottom of the inner hole to adjust the height. the outer hole has the screw that adjust the side movement.
