- E250 CDI Avantgarde Estate 2012
Hi there, Thank you for letting me join MB Owners Club
I've owned my E250 CDI for just over 1 year and I must say that I am very impressed – I love everything about it. It's a 2012 model which I bought from a retired man who clearly looked after it. He also changed the grill on the front so that it looks more modern.
The only problems so far is the footbrake cable has broken and I now have the below issue with the stereo.
The stereo is the Audio 20 model with Sat Nav. It was working perfectly until last week but now there is no volume at all. The header unit works as well as Bluetooth to my phone, but absolutely no sound.
I don't think it's fuse issue. I've checked those in the boot RHS fuse compartment. Seem to be missing these fuses with ref to the stereo but this must be model specific. The fuse in the box under the bonnet is present and does power the header unit. Sounds like an amp issue to me or possibly a connection to the back of the header unit perhaps?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
