2012 MERCEDES-BENZ VIANO AMBIENTE 2.2 CDI - Right rear automatic door stopped working suddenly

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue with my viano, that the automatic door stopped open/close. (manually working!) - another door side is working fine automatically.

I appreciate simple DIY check list to fix it.

Notes:

Buttons on dashboard stopped working
Red button stopped flashing and working

Close the door and pull the relevant 30 amp fuse.
Replace fuse and it will be reset.

If that's the o/s then pull 28 on F34.

Low battery voltage can cause these to drop out.

It happened against but this time the other side!

I did follow the process as before, but didn’t work work with me this time! :/

What would be the issue that my door stops working automatically?
