2014 S350 Ac not allowing me to "check on"

Hi there,
I recently purchased the above from a dealer, 60,000 km on the clock.
Had the first descent weather day since I bought it today and tried to turn on the AC... While it allows me to check and turn it on, it does so for only a brief second and then unchecks itself off.
My understanding is that it should remain checked as active /on which will allow the auto climate control to work correctly.

Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

You are most likely out of refrigerant. Be aware, with these cars even if you have it checked and regassed a diagnostic reset will be required before the exact symptom you described will go away
