2016 smart Twinnamic gearbox. Which fluid is correct

Hi I am changing the Gearbox fluid on the wife's Smart car (Twinnamic). On my Eclass I use Fuche Titan AFT 4000, Dextron 3. Can I use the same on the Smart car?

your Smart uses a dual clutch transmission, so it's a manual gearbox with auto controls .... is the car old enough or gone far enough to need an oil change?

Just bought it, so I change it as a matter of course, as there is no history of it being changed.
