2017 c class convertible - Screen and stereo upgrade

Hi all

I have a 2017 Mercedes c class convertible, The i have the smaller screen fitted as standard. Whilst i love the car which i have had for just over 1 year i am not impressed with the Sat Nav and stereo sound quality. I have seen a number of videos on you tube regards to upgrading the screen to an android unit however these mainly appear to be cars in the U.S. Has anyone in the uk upgraded the screen, sat nav and stereo/speakers. just after some good advise if possible.
