Saw a video on the tube where somebody was showing a hidden battery volts/amps display.

Doesn't work for me?

1. Key position 1;
2. Go to Trip display showing miles/trip;
3. Press and hold OK and PhonePickup buttons on the wheel for 3 to 5 seconds

Trip display changes to show current battery volts and consumer Amps.

But it doesn't work on my car. 2017 (facelift) GLA 200d

Am I doing it wrong? Some other method to get this display?

Thanks guys

Ian

Strange that nobody answered this.

But after much trial and error I've figured it out.

1. Key to position #1
2. Wait for Air Bag light in the dash to go off.
3. Go to Trip/Miles display
4. On steering wheel press and hold PhoneAnswer and OK buttons
In step 4 above be sure to press the Phone button a fraction of a second before the OK button otherwise it just shows the trip rest option.

That brings up the hidden menu.

Well done.
On a different note, where is the bonnet release switch on this car.
Thanks.

As I said in my original post - I'm just looking for the volts/amps display. I think I might understand that.
