2017 Sprinter 314 12N towing electrics?

Hello
I wish to install 12N towing electrics
Is a CAN Bypass relay system really necessary?
Can anyone recommend a supplier ( preferably eBay) who supplies a kit with everything necessary at a reasonable cost please
I’ve looked at eBay item number 1809377355265 @ £31.61
eBay item number 162123736109 @ £8.20
I tapped into the wiring harness to install a reversing camera and reversing sensors with no apparent problem
Also could anyone supply a colour code chart to identify the function of individual wires in the 2017 Sprinter wiring harness ( I’ve learned that blue/white is the reverse light

Good Morning,

I would be inclined to obtain the correct items from Mercedes or a reputable electrical auto/tow bar company as some of the E Bay items could be of dubious quality and not correct for your vehicle which could upset the electronics of your vehicle.
As for the wiring do the hand books if they are with the vehicle do they still have wiring diagrams?.
