2018 Sprinter. Diagnostics yellow light on

my less than 2 years old Sprinter campervan is showing the yellow diagnostics light after ignition. It then goes off after about 30 seconds and the engine runs normally.
After switch off and restart, the same thing happens.
Something to worry about?
Also, would M/B cover costs for the diagnostics check and fix?

Pretty sure any diagnosis costs Will be to you, unless maybe a warranty issue is discovered.

Definately the diagnostics light.
I’ve had these diagnostic scam issues before with other makes. They find nothing wrong and still charge me. On vehicles out of warranty I can understand but not on the still-in-warranty ones.
This Merc is only 15 months old. If the light comes on and they find nothing wrong then surely it is a fault with the diagnostic warning and hence a fault with the vehicle.
Will be angry that even MB may shirk their responsibilities.
