2019 C205 Grille Problem

Hi I have a 2016 C205 C300 coupe and I have recently bought/fitted an AMG Diamond Grille from a 2019 Facelift model. The problem is that while the Grille fits perfectly, my old Emblem is too big and I am really struggling to get the right part; even Mercedes came up with the wrong one (Looked like my old one). I have attached 2 photos showing the difference between the parts. Any help would be much appreciated

For info, the part I needed was A2058806406, Mercedes moved the Radar (not distronic) to behind the badge in 2019 so the badge is flat.

I would go on 7Zap - Mercedes. Find C205 chassis and then go to sub cat "Attachment Parts" and then "radiator grille". I suspect you'll find listed a lot of variations of the star with different codes, albeit with the same part number. Confusing eh?

Thanks, I bought the part from Mercedes, not cheap, but not as dear as on Ebay!
