2019 E class convertible trim

Hello everyone, I have a 2019 e class and want to swap the aluminium dash trim and door trims to a wood effect one. A few questions;

Seen one on eBay without the air vents and also has the standard speakers on the door trim, can the burmeister ones I have be transferred over and is it a straight swap ?

Also can the air vents be transferred easily?

I have someone at a local garage sorting it out for £200, is this a fair price ?

Vents and speakers are not part of the woks trim so should be easily swapped.

I'd say £200 is a fair price.
