2019 E220d Oil filler cap leakage

Hello,
I’ve noticed a small amount of oil leaking out of the oil filler cap on my 2019 E220d MB - also the engine fan is going full belt - are these two issues related please?
Note: had both overhead camshafts replaced 5k miles ago

Try a new seal on the cap or renew it . Full speed fans can be an Aircon gas pressure issue along with other issues I guess . Like radiator temperature switch etc.

Sadly not as it has done 138k miles - my last E and C Class did comfortably over 220k before starting to show engine wear.

The seal is probably cooked at that mileage time for a new oil cap

Never known any merc to show engine wear. they usually end up in scrap before.

My idea of engine wear is bores and rings.
Crap chains / design by merc make them akin to cambelts.
