Hi,
Yesterday when I started the car in the morning, it fired up fine. It pulled away fine, but when I floored the accelerator (slight hill) the EDC light came on and the engine cut out.
I tried to re-start the engine with full accelerator and it cut out straight away with the EDC light.
I then started normally and took it steady (not more than half accelerator) until it was warm, and everything was fine.
The car started fine several times over the remainder of the day. Has anyone got any ideas or is it a take it to MB and see what the ECU says?
I'm off on holiday for 3 days so ta for any replies while I'm away
