2020 CLA 180 amg premium Sat Nav problem

Hi hope someone can help.
I took delivery of my new 2020 CLA 180 amg premium .
It is supposed to have augmented reality sat nav but i can not figure out how to use it.
I have read the manual twice now and it does not mention it.
The base amg line comes with standard sat nav and the premium and premium plus have the upgraded version.

I'd drop into the dealer you bought the car from and explain you are having difficulties despite reading the user manual.
If they are any good, someone will run through how its supposed to function with you.

I'd drop into the dealer you bought the car from and explain you are having difficulties despite reading the user manual.
If they are any good, someone will run through how its supposed to function with you.

Problem is i bought it from a dealership down south and had it delivered up to glasgow.
I was thinking about taking it to a local dealer and see if they can help as i will be getting it serviced their.

I'm guessing Stratstone Mercedes is your local dealer?
I bought my SLC300 new in London and had problems registering with Mercedes Me, the helpline told me to contact Stratstone Mercedes in Glasgow to assist, who told me to take it back to the garage I bought it from in London. They just were not interested in helping me in the slightest!
Needless to say, not one of my three MB's has ever been in any Stratstone dealers since, good luck with yours!

I informed them that i was also looking to set up a service plan but again there was little interest.
Unless you buy a car from them

Stratstone have the Glasgow area sewn up, their customer loyalty is absolutely shocking and they don't deserve the custom of any Mercedes owners. I went to Mercedes in Edinburgh who sorted my problem out in 10 minutes and were astounded that Stratstone Mercedes still treat customers like it was 1970 again.

you are talking about silly features a garage will not often come across and the fix most likely out of their control and down to you as the owner to understand how your car works and what to pay for. So I would hope dealers have little empathy towards people who haven't listened to the sales guy or read the manual.

The most obvious part this system needs and unlikely to have been set up and or run out of money for the next owner, would be the online connection. I would expect its a pay feature that comes to life when they get some money out of you.

a lot of premium manufacturers are looking at ways to enter you in a subscription service for extras, live traffic, pretend weather, online drivel, are all part of the squeeze more from the mug buying in to the dream...
