Help please

I have broken some of the slats in my drivers vent and need to replace it. I have unbolted the three torx screws on the vent to the right.
Below (in front) is the wood interior trim that slides right but just about half an inch - but no more. Any ideas/tips how to extract it?

right, I have managed to get the wood trim off and undone the fourth screw that was behind this But I still cannot see how t extract the vent!
It moves a little, but feels like something is holding - perhaps another screw? Or is it a hidden clip? And do I pull it forward, or t the right??

By chnace the replacement arrived this afternoon and once I had that, I saw a hidden screw which was covered by the (upper) screen vent. Once this came out, it took about 5 mins to replace and fitted prefectly
