All the ads for 211s say 'luggage net'. I thought this was for the load net I have in the boot of mine (attaches to the load hooks and stops your shopping flying around) but my friend hasn't got one, the dealer denies any knowledge and to be fair, I nicked mine out of my 210 as there wasn't one in mine when I picked it up.
Anyone else with a 211 have a luggage net in the boot - is it standard equipment?

I have the same dispute, the documentation does say 'Luggage Net' is a standard item. This maybe the small one that retains items on the LHS of the boot, however there are hooks on the boot floor and the MB Direct have ordered one for me. I didn't take the one from the W210 as it didn't fit the W211.

Thanks.
The net from my 210 isn't perfect but it basically does the trick.
I assume you have a fixed net on yours. There isn't one on mine or my collegues.

IIRC Halfords do a universal one which looks like it would fit the bill perfectly.

Think it was about a tenner.

There is a fixed net on the LHS of the boot, I want the next that covers the boot floor. BTW very nice fold down curry hooks in the face lift boot

My 211 has a load net. It's in the same cassette as the load cover as per the 124 I just had. Not sure if it was an extra or not but I just presumed they all came that way. BTW, it's a gut buster to get it to engage with the clips in the roof. Not a mm of slack.

Too big for the 211, or at least the one from my 210 was :-(

its odd. The one im my 210 was a simple square and now I look at it, there are no lables and no MB logos anywhere which is unusual for MB kit. I wonder whether mine is an oficial MB net. If not, it's a very good fit for a random one.
It only covers the front half of the boot but fits perfectly between the 4 clips.
