..Has revealed this after my son changed number 3 injector.
We ate not sure exactly what this means.
Any help would be great thank you.

You may have a glow plug down, or a poor connection to it.
1st I would check if the glow plug connector is seated properly, they take a bit of a push to clip on.

On face of it wud seem something to do with glow plug, heater wiring has been compromised during injector change
Check pins, wires in harness socket are not damaged or pushed out.

Wee up date. Son messaged me to say injector replacement a success. His car didn't go into safe mode. We will rescan the car tomorrow to see if the wiring fault has gone.
